The hotel was perfectly clean and had a comfy location in the middle of Jackson. the room was great-sized and brand-new, with central heating, a microwave, and a refrigerator. the bed provided a good night's sleep.

This hotel is in need of a lot of renovation. The carpet has been patched badly in various spots. The in-room coffee maker, cups, and ice bucket were on a low table that would normally be used as the primary suitcase valet, thus my wife used the folding suitcase valet and mine suitcase was standing up against the wall. Various scuff marks on the walls, wallpaper coming lose, etc.

My stay was great for a wedding. It had good food! It was in a nice location close to church. The staff was helpful, so I would stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable and I did get a good night sleep.

Could have been cleaner and the breakfast was not up to our satisfaction. Eggs tasted awful if I would have some ketchup they would have been tolerable. If you don't want waffles there isn't much for healthy choices.

Convenient spot, good facilities. This place is well-kept, near the highway. Rooms are sleek and new, with a cool jacuzzi and clean sheets. Also, there's a fridge for snacks. The staff is friendly and helpful 😊.

Our room had multiple stains in the carpet, wallpaper was peeling and coming off in several spots, and there were extremely loud banging noises throughout the entire hotel at 2am. We paid way too much money for a crappy room.

The hot breakfast at Quality Inn Indianapolis-Brownsburg was fantastic. The location of the hotel is ideal. Having a king size bed in the room was a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, like Steak 'n Shake, which is just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
